Westport officers responded to a Saugatuck Avenue residence on a report of a disturbance in progress early Tuesday morning. During their investigation, officers discovered that Carlos Gudino had an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court for a narcotics violation, police said.
Gudino was arrested and transported to Westport police headquarters, where he was uncooperative with officers, according to police reports. He refused to be fingerprinted and intentionally flooded his cell block, police said.
Gudino was charged with first-degree failure to appear, interfering with an officer and third-degree criminal mischief, police said.
Gudino was unable to post $55,000 in bonds and was arraigned in Norwalk Court on July 5, police said.
